THE VEHICLE JOURNEY
Start with a clean handoff.
The porter records both key-machine steps and hands keys to detail. The detail team receives the vehicle in its relevant queue.
Detail can start the preliminary clean, add condition photos, and flag any follow-up work.
Try the checklist to see the interaction. Changes stay in this illustration and never update a dealership.
